Step 1: Check your email for your registration invitation.

The email has the subject line “Register now for DRAGONSTEEL NEXUS 2025 | EARLY ACCESS”

Step 2: Registration landing page.

Your name and email address will be read-only fields and cannot be edited.

Step 3: Fill in the remaining personal information.

Step 4: Click next and move to the badge and merchandise page.

• Your badge is already automatically selected!
• Select your convention merchandise, book bundle, and craft kits.
• You can return to this page after confirming your registration if you want to add to or alter your merchandise selections.

Step 5: Click next to see your registration summary page.

Step 6: Click the “Add Group Member” to purchase an additional badge.

• Go through steps 2 through 6 for the group member.
• Repeat this process to select up to 3 group member badges (for a total of four badges).
• Please purchase be courteous to other fans and only purchase badges you intend to use with your group—attempting to resell or scalp badges may lead to cancellation of your registration.
• Please Note: All group member email addresses must be unique.

Step 7: Click next on the registration summary page to move to the payment step.

Step 8: Reach the payment page and enter your payment information.

Step 9: Submit your payment.

Step 10: Wait a moment for Cvent to process your payment.

Complete! Once processed, you will be redirected to your registration confirmation page.

• You will receive an email containing a link to this page. You will need your registration confirmation number to access this page in the future.
• If you need to modify or cancel your registration, select either the Modify Registration or Cancel Registration button at the bottom of your registration confirmation page.
