Campaign Notifications

There are two main notifications that Dragonsteel sends out. The first notifications are campaign updates posted semi-regularly throughout fulfillment to inform both backers and campaign followers of the progress on production and shipping. We will avoid spamming you with too many updates while also trying to keep them spoiler-free.

You can receive these updates directly to your email inbox, or via push notifications if you follow the project on the campaign homepage on BackerKit at  https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/dragonsteel/words-of-radiance-leatherbound.

The second type of update is the best update: an email telling you that your rewards have shipped! Once you have received this notification, your rewards are being packed by Dragonsteel’s fulfillment team. Once you receive this update, we cannot guarantee any changes to your pledge or address.

Due to the sheer number of backers pledging to this campaign, Dragonsteel cannot confirm addresses before sending shipments. Instead, we ask that each backer stay up to date on their addresses.
